Preparing for Your Home Assessment
Please Prepare for the following
- We will arrive within 30 minutes before/after the targeted start time.
- Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
- Please wear a mask and adhere to distancing recommendations when the Advisor is present.
- Please have a clear path to the basement, and attic so that the Advisor may access them in a timely manner.
- Please allow 4-5 hours for the visit time
- Please do not have any wood stoves/fireplaces burning during visit or up to 24 hours before the visit.
- Ashes must be cleared out of fireplaces.

Your Current Carbon Footprint
This is your carbon footprint starting point for your home and personal transportation.
Year 1 Financial Snapshot
The Financial Snapshot is an estimate of Year 1 cost less incentives of this pilot.
Opportunities In Your Home
Opportunities to decarbonize are throughout your home. Don't forget about transportation, yard equipment, and other projects that improve your homes health and resiliency.
Get to Zero
The goal of the program is to help you reduce fossil fuels from your home and to make it as efficient as possible. You can then purchase 100% renewable energy for any remaining electrical usage.

Net Cost
This is your estimated net costs to fully decarbonize your home which includes incentives, avoided costs and operational savings.
Avoided Costs
Avoided Costs are the estimated amounts of what you would have spent on replacing existing equipment.
Estimated Costs & Savings Summary
This section is a summary view of the costs, incentives, savings and CO2 reduction that will be presented on the following pages in more detail.
